Extremely happy about how my Marantz 2270 turned out after taking it to Garrett Electronics for servicing! Doug cleaned it up and fixed all of the broken components for a very reasonable price. It is now working beautifully! He treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. I will continue to take vintage electronics to him for repair. So thankful he is in our community!

Doug has been my go-to guy for 5–6 years since Vizio sent him out to repair one of my huge flat screens. He couldn’t have been a nicer, more knowledgeable old-school guy. Since our first meeting, he’s done several repairs/rebuilds for me, including the total rebuilds on my vintage Cerwin Vega D-3’s (10”) and my massive D-9’s (15”) that are at least 40 years old and now sound better than ever, if that’s possible. I’m pretty sure there aren’t many Doug Garretts left!

Very thorough evaluation of my problems with my turntable and receiver. Repaired the problems they were able to and explained why my turntable was not able to be repaired. Appreciated the time and effort taken with these items. Highly recommend taking any old component stereo equipment to them for repair before pitching them in the trash. Not many places doing this type of work.

Doug is very professional and courteous. I have used his service numerous times in the last 5 years. He has been in the River Park area for 40 years. Sometimes you need to make an appointment because he is busy on service calls to business or home sites.
